Invite your angels to walk around the inside of your house with you. Ask your angel team to 'inspire' you by directing your vision or your thoughts to places in your home that could use an energy boost or even a healing.
One of the easiest healings can be found in two simple words: LIGHTEN UP!
Take a walk with the angels and let your attention to be drawn to places that energy has accumulated in piles or stacks. Let yourself be inspired to let go of anything and everything that is no longer useful and purposeful in your life.
The angels are assisting you in bringing divine order into your life, so let your attention be drawn to any areas that are in disorder or are disorganized. These are energy traps.
Your home is truly sacred space and you are taking steps with the inspiration of the angels to re-claim the space as holy ground and to move forward supported by this positive energy. So even though you are not literally moving out of our home, let yourself imagine that you are taking the same steps as you would in preparation of a move. You are moving forward embracing peace in your life. You are moving forward embracing your life's sacredness and holiness. Ask yourself -- room by room -- what items do you want to take forward with you? What items do you want to release?
The country music group DIAMOND RIO has a great recording called STUFF. It pokes fun of how we love to stuff our lives and our homes with STUFF. Our belongings sometimes begin to take on a life of their own. I remember one of my friends sharing with me that she has stuffed so much down into her basement that she was sure whenever she opened the basement door she heard breathing -- the sound of the 'stuff' coming alive.
Do you realize that having too much stuff can impact your well-being? We are guardians or stewards over all of our possessions. For example, if you own property, you are the earthly guardian of that land as long as you own it. Stuff is property, too. The more stuff you are guardian over, the thinner your energy is spread out over the possessions. Are you spreading yourself too thin for things that no longer have relevance in your life?
Our homes are alive with energy. Just as nature is constantly changing, we can support ourselves by making healthy changes in our home environment. An easy Feng Shui technique is to move 27 objects in your home. You can take that a step further and move 27 objects for nine days in a row. This gets the energy moving and inspires you by seeing the objects in a new light. I have found that when I start doing this exercise, there is often an object that gets moved here, and moved there and then moved right out the door because I realized that I no longer had an energy connection to it. As you move objects around your home you will become aware of things that have a sadness connected to them. Let your home nurture you with sweet memories. Our belongings have dialogue with us. What are your possessions saying to you? Walk with the angels and listen to the stories the objects of your home share with you. Only you can determine when something that once had special meaning and supported you has ceased to be a blessing.
When you walk into your home you want to feel as if you are experiencing the energy of walking into a pair of loving arms. Arms that welcome you home after experiencing a day's worth of the harshness of the 'outdoor world.' Your home is your sanctuary and it should mirror your spirit to you. The objects that fill your sacred space should be ones that radiate the energy of your own spirit. For example, one of the key ideals of my spirit is peace, so when I come home to Angel Heights, I am returning to a physical place where I give myself the opportunity to reside in peace.
